Angels & Agony, Silent Runners @ Baroeg

Marco van Belle, aka DJ CO2, has been involved with Baroeg for almost 30 (!) Years. As a fan of new wave, gothic and electro music, he is the founder and founder of dance evenings such as Tombstone, Gothic Erotic, Infrared, Monster Ball, The Downward Spiral and 80’s & More! He also brought countless artists to Baroeg, including Das Ich, Project Pitchfork, VNV Nation, Wayne Hussey (The Mission), Chameleons, Justin Sullivan (New Model Army) and many more big names! Marco is also the founder and programmer of Wavefest and the electronic internship of Baroeg Open Air and he is ambassador of Baroeg. Marco will be 50 in September and we will celebrate that with a number of Dutch bands (including Marco’s own band Angels & Agony) and an 80’s & more! dance evening with DJ Spud and Denniz. It must be strange if DJ CO2 does not appear behind the turntables either. To celebrate this milestone in a big way, the entrance to this evening is completely free, so come and watch bands, dance and toast to 50 years of CO2!
